Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made in the online store at www.solvixer.com.

1. Digital products only

Everything we sell in our online store is digital: templates, modules, courses and manuals. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The ITBMS tax (7%) is added at checkout.

Once we confirm your payment, we enable the download of, or access to, your purchase and notify you by email.

Because all our products are digital and are delivered electronically, all sales are final: we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Our products are delivered as described on each product page.
If a file arrives damaged or cannot be opened, we will send it again at no cost. This does not imply a refund.
Our templates are made for the Odoo version stated on each product, for example Odoo 19. We do not guarantee that they work on other versions.

Before importing a file into their real database, the customer must test it in a test database and back up their data. Testing the file is the responsibility of the customer.
Solvixer is not responsible for any damage or data loss resulting from importing a file without having tested it and backed up the data.
In any case, the liability of Solvixer is limited to the amount paid for the product and does not cover indirect losses, such as lost sales.

Modules developed by Solvixer for a specific client are the intellectual property of Solvixer and may not be resold.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from their date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it directly with you by writing to info@solvixer.com.
If we do not reach an agreement, either party may turn to mediation before an authorized mediator or mediation center under Panamanian law.
This does not limit the rights that the law grants you as a consumer.
