Overview of our services

SOLVIXER offers the following service lines, described in detail on the Site and/or in the specific commercial offer sent to the Client:

Odoo implementation: configuration and implementation of the Odoo modules the Client's business needs (sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, point of sale, among others), including go-live and basic usage training.

Organizational methodology: ongoing organizational support by a specialist dedicated to a business area (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Digital Marketing, among others), including functional requirements gathering, schedules, task tracking and weekly executive reports.

Migration: migration of source code and/or data from the Client's previous systems to Odoo, quoted according to the volume and quality of the source information.

Development: custom development, customizations and integrations with external systems not covered by the standard implementation of a module.

Artificial intelligence and automation: internal process automation packages and artificial intelligence agents/assistants tailored to a module or process of the Client.

Accounting Services: bookkeeping for the Client's business in Panama, with a dedicated specialist who follows up on the operation.

Online Electronic Invoicing: issuance and control of electronic tax documents from Odoo, in accordance with the current regulations of each country where it is implemented (for example, the DGI in Panama, the Ministry of Finance in El Salvador and the SAT in Guatemala).

AI Training: practical training so the Client's team can make the most of the artificial intelligence agents configured in their Odoo.

Template shop: sale of digital files (Excel templates, kits for importing data into Odoo and management tools) through the shop on the Site. The files are enabled for download once the payment is confirmed. Because this is digital content, no refunds are given once the file has been delivered, unless it arrives damaged or differs from what was described. In that case, write to info@solvixer.com.

The prices, estimated hours and scopes published on the Site are indicative. The final price and scope of each service are confirmed in writing in a formal commercial offer or quotation sent to the Client, which prevails over any figure published on the Site.

Prices, currency and payment method

  • All prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD), legal tender in Panama, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Quotations published on the Site are valid for the period indicated in each commercial offer (by default, 30 days) and are subject to confirmation after the corresponding functional requirements gathering.
  • The payment method (one-time payment, monthly, or hour bank) is defined in the commercial offer accepted by the Client.
  • Hours in support hour banks are prepaid, non-refundable, and expire according to the period indicated in the corresponding offer (by default, 12 months from purchase).
  • Work exceeding the contracted scope (new developments, additional migrations, unlisted integrations) is quoted and invoiced separately, at current rates.

Acceptance of offers and scope of work

  • A service is considered contracted when the Client accepts the corresponding commercial offer in writing (email, digital signature or equivalent means).
  • The final scope of each project is confirmed after a short functional requirements-gathering session with the Client. Major scope changes (new modules, new branches, unforeseen new requirements) are quoted and agreed separately before being carried out.
  • If an individual support request exceeds 10 hours of work, SOLVIXER may recommend quoting it as an independent project.
  • Services are provided remotely and, when expressly agreed, on site.

Data and code migration

  • The migration of data and/or source code from the Client's previous systems is quoted separately from the standard implementation of each module, according to the volume and quality of the source information.
  • The Client is responsible for the accuracy, legality and backup of the data delivered to SOLVIXER for migration. SOLVIXER is not responsible for errors, losses or inconsistencies arising from the quality of the source data delivered by the Client.
  • The Client is advised to keep an independent backup of their previous system during and after the migration process.

03

Confidentiality

SOLVIXER undertakes to treat as confidential the Client's business information to which it has access during implementation, migration, development or specialist support, and to use it solely to provide the contracted service. This does not replace a specific Confidentiality Agreement if the Client requires one.

For the processing of personal data collected through the Site's forms, our privacy policy applies.

Intellectual property

  • The content of the Site (text, design, SOLVIXER brand, training materials) is the property of SOLVIXER or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written authorization.
  • All software developed by SOLVIXER is distributed under the proprietary license OPL-1 (Odoo Proprietary License v1.0). SOLVIXER retains the intellectual property of the code, including code developed for a specific Client, unless the contract or the commercial offer states otherwise.
  • Once paid in full, the Client may use the software in its own operation and modify it for its own internal use. It may not publish, redistribute, sublicense or sell it, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of SOLVIXER.
  • If the Client needs the code in order to maintain it on its own, this is agreed in the contract or the commercial offer; it is not resolved by changing the software license.
  • SOLVIXER support and warranty cover only the code as delivered. Anything modified by the Client or by third parties is outside support and warranty, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Generic reusable components, templates or developments of SOLVIXER (not exclusive to a Client) remain the property of SOLVIXER.
  • The information, data, documents and trademarks that the Client provides to SOLVIXER remain the property of the Client. SOLVIXER uses them only to provide the contracted service.

Third-party licenses

The services of SOLVIXER do not include the subscription to Odoo licenses (Odoo.sh / Odoo Enterprise), which the Client must contract directly with Odoo S.A. or its authorized distributor. SOLVIXER is not responsible for the conditions, availability or costs of such third-party licenses.

Changes to the Terms

SOLVIXER may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are published on the Site. For services already contracted, the conditions agreed in the commercial offer in force at the time of contracting prevail, unless both parties agree otherwise.
