The prices, estimated hours and scopes published on the Site are indicative. The final price and scope of each service are confirmed in writing in a formal commercial offer or quotation sent to the Client, which prevails over any figure published on the Site.
Prices, currency and payment method
- All prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD), legal tender in Panama, unless otherwise indicated.
- Quotations published on the Site are valid for the period indicated in each commercial offer (by default, 30 days) and are subject to confirmation after the corresponding functional requirements gathering.
- The payment method (one-time payment, monthly, or hour bank) is defined in the commercial offer accepted by the Client.
- Hours in support hour banks are prepaid, non-refundable, and expire according to the period indicated in the corresponding offer (by default, 12 months from purchase).
- Work exceeding the contracted scope (new developments, additional migrations, unlisted integrations) is quoted and invoiced separately, at current rates.
Acceptance of offers and scope of work
- A service is considered contracted when the Client accepts the corresponding commercial offer in writing (email, digital signature or equivalent means).
- The final scope of each project is confirmed after a short functional requirements-gathering session with the Client. Major scope changes (new modules, new branches, unforeseen new requirements) are quoted and agreed separately before being carried out.
- If an individual support request exceeds 10 hours of work, SOLVIXER may recommend quoting it as an independent project.
- Services are provided remotely and, when expressly agreed, on site.
Data and code migration
- The migration of data and/or source code from the Client's previous systems is quoted separately from the standard implementation of each module, according to the volume and quality of the source information.
- The Client is responsible for the accuracy, legality and backup of the data delivered to SOLVIXER for migration. SOLVIXER is not responsible for errors, losses or inconsistencies arising from the quality of the source data delivered by the Client.
- The Client is advised to keep an independent backup of their previous system during and after the migration process.
Confidentiality
SOLVIXER undertakes to treat as confidential the Client's business information to which it has access during implementation, migration, development or specialist support, and to use it solely to provide the contracted service. This does not replace a specific Confidentiality Agreement if the Client requires one.
For the processing of personal data collected through the Site's forms, our privacy policy applies.
Intellectual property
- The content of the Site (text, design, SOLVIXER brand, training materials) is the property of SOLVIXER or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written authorization.
- Code and configurations developed specifically for a Client, once paid in full, are for the Client's use in its own operation, unless otherwise agreed in the corresponding commercial offer.
- Generic reusable components, templates or developments of SOLVIXER (not exclusive to a Client) remain the property of SOLVIXER.
Third-party licenses
The services of SOLVIXER do not include the subscription to Odoo licenses (Odoo.sh / Odoo Enterprise), which the Client must contract directly with Odoo S.A. or its authorized distributor. SOLVIXER is not responsible for the conditions, availability or costs of such third-party licenses.
Changes to the Terms
SOLVIXER may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are published on the Site. For services already contracted, the conditions agreed in the commercial offer in force at the time of contracting prevail, unless both parties agree otherwise.
