Before confirming price and scope, we run a short functional requirements-gathering session with your team to understand how your business operates today.
Transparent hourly pricing
Each module is priced according to the estimated hours of preparation, configuration, training and go-live.
Standard scope, adjustable to your size
Our reference prices start from a standard scope: 1 company, 1 branch, up to 5 users.
If your operation has more branches, more points of sale or more than one company, we quote it as an add-on.

If your operation needs functionality that the standard module doesn't cover (a specific report, an integration with another system, a particular workflow of your business), we evaluate and quote it as custom development
If you already have information in another system (another ERP, spreadsheets, previous software), we migrate your data to Odoo separately.
For operations with more than one company or branch in the same Odoo instance, we quote an additional fee for each extra company/branch, since it requires its own accounting and workflow configuration.
