Each product comes with its Internal Reference with a prefix based on its category (for example HE-001 for Herramientas Eléctricas (Power Tools), TOR-001 for Tornillería (Fasteners)). That prefix is what later lets you assign categories, sale prices and Point of Sale visibility in bulk — selecting a whole group at once, instead of product by product.
Inventory > Products > Products > Import records. Import it after the Categories file, so each product can be assigned to its correct category.
