Freight Transport Vehicle Models

8 cargo vehicle models already linked to their manufacturer and category, ready to import — the third file of the fleet kit.

What it is

Excel file with 8 models (Camión FTL 40', Furgón Refrigerado, Cama Baja (extradimensionado), Camión LTL 20', Van de Última Milla, Chasis Portacontenedor 40', Cabezal Tractocamión, Camión Cisterna) to load into Fleet > Configuration > Models. Each model already includes its manufacturer and category by external ID.

What it includes

• Sheet Datos with model name, manufacturer, category and vehicle type
• Sheet Léeme with the technical field names and the instructions

Why the order matters

It is step 3 of 4 and requires having loaded the manufacturers and categories first. In Odoo 19 only the vehicle types «Car» and «Bike» exist, which is why trucks are registered as «Car».

How to use

Open the corresponding list in Fleet, click Actions > Import records > Upload data file, choose the sheet Datos, check «Use first row as header», make sure each column is mapped to its field, click Test and then Import. Leave «When a value cannot be matched» on Prevent import.

Before importing

Requires Odoo 19 with the Fleet module installed. Always test first in a test database before loading into production.
