Template in Odoo's native import format with the complete catalog of products of a clothing and footwear store: cost, sale price and initial quantity of each product already included, ready to import without calculating anything by hand.
Each product comes with its Internal Reference with a prefix based on its category (for example DAMA-001 for Ropa Dama (Women's Clothing), CAL-001 for Calzado (Footwear)). That prefix is what later lets you assign categories, sale prices and Point of Sale visibility in bulk — selecting a whole group at once, instead of product by product.
Inventory > Products > Products > Import records. Import it after the Categories file, so each product can be assigned to its correct category. Size and color variants are configured afterwards, directly in Odoo, on top of this base catalog.
